Between the Mozart town of Salzburg and King Ludwig's castle on the
Herreninsel in Lake Chiemsee is this very large holiday apartment
directly located on the edge of a forest in the quiet, original Achthal,

The apartment with its own entrance comprises the complete upper floor
and attic of a two-family house and has a total living area of more
than 200 sqm. It consists of a large living-dining room (about 60 sqm)
with tiled stove, dining room, bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom.
In the attic there are 2 other bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms,
designed as apartments. The two floors are connected by a generous
staircase in a representative open hallway.

The entire holiday
home is fully furnished and can accommodate up to 8 people. Almost all rooms are equipped with high-quality oak parquet, except for the bedroom on the upper floor, there is a high-quality carpet floor laid. A built-in kitchen is also available as well as a large tiled stove as additional heating and provides pleasant, cozy warmth. Wood for heating the stove (Kachelofen) can be found in the cottage next to the house. Room allocation: • Bedroom / master bedroom with double bed on the upper floor and private bathroom • Bedroom in the attic with double bed and private bathroom • Bedroom in the attic with double bed and pull-out day bed and private bathroom • Kitchen with dining area on the upper floor • Large living room with tiled stove and integrated dining table for up to 8 people • Entrance floors and spacious hallway on both floors During your stay a cleaning service is available on request for additional costs. |

The small village of Achthal is about 25 from Salzburg (Austria), about 25 km from King Ludwig's castle 'Herrenchiemsee' (Germany), and 5 km from the center of Teisendorf away and is located very idyllic in a valley at the foot of the Teisenberg. The river Oberteisendorfer Ache flows through this valley, T(h)al. You can reach Achthal / Teisendorf by train, car or plane (Salzburg and Munich).

Standard daily rate between € 125 and € 200,00 for up to 6 guests. For any addtional guest up to 8, plus € 20,00 per day.
Mandatory cleaning is € 80,00 per booking.
Mandatory Kur Taxe is € 1,00 per night, person.
